The "TWISTED TREE"

In Cottonwood Arizona, a tree was twisted around and set on the groung where it continued to grow. Shortly after the Verde Valley Vortex posted the natural gateway in the park, the area was destroyed. Neverteless, what could have bend and twisted the 90 foot tall tree and made the gateway?
