Dolphin Steam Release Not Happening

Back a few months ago, a plan was in place to have a Steam release of the Dolphin Emulator, however, it has been revealed that it will no longer happen. Nintendo did not file a DMCA, however, they did write a letter regarding the legal matters to Valve. The blog goes into how the law is mentioned under 17 U.S.C. § 1201(sections a, and f).
