This Is THE BEST Homemade Pasta Sauce! #Howtomakepastasauce #homegrowntomatoes
We are making homemade pasta sauce, spaghetti sauce, marinara sauce.. Call it what you prefer but it's awesome! This batch starts with 35 lbs of sauce tomatoes and we are using our home grown San Marzano hybrids called Pomodoro Squisito and a heirlom Roma called Martino's Romas.
There are some great tips in this video on how we process the tomatoes to remove the skins as well as how we remove the excess liquid. We also go over what we add for flavor and how we cook and can it into jars. ENJOY!
