Hey there, my name is Simon of SafeandVaultStore.com here today to talk to you about the one of the toughest key locking boxes on the market, the large HD Pistol Box from Steelhead Outdoors in Minnesota.

This box uses 12 gauge laser cut and tig welded steel all around in a durable powder coat finish. If we flip it around to the backside, you can see a heavy-duty 1/4" welded and staked hinge with pin guards on either side. Back around to the front, we have a super secure double-side car key with over 6 billion combinations and a hardened lock body.

On the inside of the box, you can see they have an additional steel plate welded over the backside of the keyway to prevent punches. The inside of this safe has three layers of foam. That's two in the bottom and the perforated in the top, so you can set it up to fit whatever handgun or valuables you may need to fit inside.

The underside of this lock box has four predrilled mounting holes for permanent installation. It's also available with a heavy-duty 1/4" galvanized steel cable rated for 6,000 pounds if you want to tether this to your car for a portable installation.
