OVEN BAKED SAVORY SALMON:
Salmon fillets
1 lemon, thinly sliced
Auntie Nono's Seafood Seasoning
1/2 stick butter, melted

Preheat oven to 375
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with non-stick spray.
Place salmon on baking sheet and sprinkle generously with seasoning.
Place lemon slices on top of each fillet.
Bake for 15 minutes until flaky (about 145 degrees F internally)
Remove lemons
Mix butter and a little seasoning together and pour over top of each piece of salmon.
Enjoy!

FIRE ROASTED VEGGIES IN AIR FRYER:
1 bag veggie medley
olive oil
Auntie Nono's Firecracker Sea Salt

Preheat air fryer at 400 for 5 minutes. Toss veggies in olive oil and sprinkle generously with seasoning. Toss again and put in air fryer at 350 for 10 minutes, shaking halfway thru.

MASHED POTATOES IN INSTANT POT:
potatoes, peeled and thinly chopped
1 cup water
1/2 stick of softened butter
sour cream (a couple of large spoonfuls)
heavy cream
Auntie Nono's Everything Seasoning

Place chopped potatoes in steamer basket in IP along with 1 cup water. Cook on high pressure for 10 minutes. Quick release. Pour out remaining water. Add potatoes, butter, sour cream and seasoning and mash. Add desired amount of heavy cream and blend with hand mixer.
