XBOX Releases Their Record And Report Function For Game Chat To Combat "toxic" Gamers

XBOX has decided to tackle "toxic" gamers by adding a Record and Report feature for in game chat. As much as I think we all agree online harassment is wrong, this report function is just a recipe for disaster.
