Lula tightens civilian access to guns in Brazil

Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva on Friday (July 21) signed an executive order tightening civilian access to firearms in a bid to slow a surge in gun ownership during the presidency of his far-right predecessor Jair Bolsonaro. Ryan Chang reports.
