The Cheapest Way to Cool an Off-Grid Building

Forget air conditioners, computer-controlled cooling circuits, and other expensive methods. What can you fit in your backpack to vent out an overheating building or other shelter?
Well, in case you're out in the woods and need to store something or sleep inside a small building of some sort with the sun beating down on it, the best way is to move the air. What if you're in an urban environment and need a building to stop getting so hot for one reason or another? This is the cheapest reliable, perpetual system I've come up with involving some equipment I've shown on the channel in the past and a few new toys.
