Car Hits Fire Hydrant and Gets Stuck on Top

Car hits fire hydrant and gets stuck on top of it! Foggy morning accident. Driver has to get out and wait for wrecker...and water department. Watches car bob up and down...totaled. Ensuing flood damages property. It's funny, if it isn't your car...or property!
~it took 4 hours to shut off the water....
