Totally from scratch shake and bake chicken and special request pepper gravy and mashed potatoes

Homemade shake and bake
3 cups of bread crumbs
2 tsp onion powder
2 tsp white sugar
2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp parsley
1/2 tsp basil
1/2 tsp oregano
salt and pepper to taste

Homemade bulk pepper gravy
2 1/2 cups of flour
1 cup powdered milk
1/2 cup cornstarch
1/8 cup pepper
mix together
To put together 3-4 tablespoons of mix to 1 1/2 cup milk heat until thicken
