She has forked out $4.5 million on her third house, just three months after spending $6 million on a plush pad.

The 'Keeping Up With the Kardashians' star forked out the huge sum on a four-bedroom property in Hidden Hills, California, on Tuesday, which is near to a $6 million plush pad she purchased in May.

The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star just bought her second home this year in the same exact neighborhood as her mother, Kris Jenner, and her current main home.

Kylie's realtor Tomer Fridman stated that the property was purchased for around $4.5 million and it is actually next door to the Hidden Hills home (which is situated where her mother Kris Jenner and half-sister Kim Kardashian West live) she bought in May for $6 million. This latest property is close to the first house she bought which resides in a gated Calabasas community.

The mansion sits on 3.9 acres, is roughly 5,000 square feet and offers four bedrooms and four bathrooms.

The model is planning to use her new home as a work space for her Kylie Cosmetics company.
