Harbor Freight Hercules Deal: From Confusion to Satisfaction!

In this video, I share my recent experience with Harbor Freight's customer service regarding a deal they had published online for a Hercules 5 amp battery and charger purchase, which was supposed to come with a free tool. However, when I made the purchase, I was told a different deal at the store. After checking online again, I realized the advertised deal was different. This prompted me to call Harbor Freight customer service to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, they couldn't help, but they advised me to talk to the store manager. In the end, the manager provided excellent service, rectified the situation, and I received a free Hercules Cordless Grease Gun. I'm thrilled with the outcome and the service I received at Harbor Freight!
