Week 3 is under way and it's back day on the menu. New weights being moved with the added tips and tricks from Kyle Baxter helping me level up my game. As always Ben also getting after it as he begins lining up his next Pro show.

Training for sessions is always 2 sets to failure with a top set then back off set format. Straight sets for the most part, if we add intensifiers it'll only be one per session.
