Smashburgers: Let's get back to the basics

It's officially summer & nothing quite screams summer like smashburgers!
I take an online cooking class with Outschool and Chef Daniel Mandu had us cook these; of course here at Sun Sweet Cooking we kicked things up a notch. We tested this recipe with a few of my friends and it was a HUGE success! It's their go to meal to impress family when they come over!
