Anthony Fauci, now retired, has been seen in the care and keeping of U.S. Marshals while he's been officially referred to the DOJ for lying under oath. A separate investigation reveals that Fauci likely served without proper reappointment his last months in office. This may make him liable to be sued for his assorted mandates and health directives.
