Is it a War Crime for Russia to Attack Grain Shipments?

Based on the Geneva Convention and internationally accepted standards for behavior, it is against the Geneva Convention to use starvation as a weapon or attack civillian foodstuffs, livestock, drinking water or irragation.

Russia recently attacked a grain facility.

But it doesn't seem like it would be a war crime if Russia attacked grain leaving Ukraine, because that grain is intended for countries that are not a party to the conflict.
