Chicken Cutlet Toast Recipe by Food Fusion

Ingredients:
-Boneless chicken cubes 100g
-Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) ½ tsp
-Water ½ Cup
-Aloo (Potato) boiled 1 medium
-Gajar (Carrot) chopped 3-4 tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 3-4 tbs
-Hari mirch (Green chillies) chopped 2-3
-Hara pyaz (Spring onion) chopped 3-4 tbs
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped handful
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) ½ tsp
-Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
-Chaat masala ½ tsp
-Cornflour 1 tbs
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp
-Anda (Egg) 1
-Bread slices 4 large
-Cooking oil 1 tsp

Directions:
-In a saucepan,add chicken,salt,ginger garlic paste,water,mix well & bring it to boil,cover & cook on medium low flame until tender (6-8 minutes).
-Let it cool.
-In a chopper,add boiled chicken,chop well & set aside.
-In a bowl,add potato & mash well with the help of masher.
-Add chopped chicken,carrot,onion,green chillies,spring onion,fresh coriander,black pepper powder, cumin powder,salt,chaat masala,cornflour,red chilli crushed,egg & mix well.
-On a bread slice,add & spread prepared filling.
-Grease heated griddle with cooking oil,place prepared toast (mixture side down) & cook on medium flame from both sides until golden (makes 4).
-Cut in pieces & serve!
