One of the best parts of foraging for wild mushrooms, is cooking them up afterwards! I didn't see a whole lot of recipes for bolete mushrooms so I figured I'd experiment myself. In this video I share 2 ways to cook a Two Color Bolete mushroom. Also known as bi-color bolete or Boletus Bicolor.
