Lavender & Caffeine Face & Eye Cream:
15 % Liquid Oils of choice
13 % Hard Butters of choice
6 % Emulsifying Wax
64 % Water or Aloe juice (or combo)
2 % Glycerin (optional)

cool down phase is 1% of total volume:
1 % Optiphen (or appropriate preservative & %)
1 % Vit E oil (optional)
1 % Caffeine Extract

or

14 g Liquid oils (I used Olive, Walnut & Rosehip Seed oils)
12 g Butters ( I used Mango butter)
6 g E-Wax ( I used Soft & Silky from BeScented)
60 g Distilled Water
2 g Glycerin
1 g Optiphen
1 g Vit. E oil
1 g Caffeine Extract
1 g Lavender Essential Oil
