IOR Park currently Alexandru Ioan Cuza Park is located in the central-eastern part of Bucharest, in sector 3, in the perimeter delimited by Camil Ressu, Liviu Rebreanu, Câmpia Libertății, Constantin Brâncuși, Baba Novac and Nicolae Grigorescu streets. It is the place of recreation for the inhabitants of the Titan, Dristor neighborhoods.

With an area of ​​approximately 85 Ha, it is one of the largest parks in Bucharest. Construction of the park began in 1965 and was completed five years later. Before the development, the section from Baba Novac Street was called "Reconstructions", and the section from Camil Ressu Bd. (formerly Ion Șulea) was called "Flax"
