25 Years of Hunting Pedophiles

Sex trafficking of children has been an epidemic for some time and those that are complicit will profess that it 'simply does not exist'.

In 1993, when a 10 year old boy went missing, an FBI investigation uncovered 2 pedophiles that had been sexually abusing children for 25 years. They discovered that the men started using online private computer bulletin boards to chat with boys, set up meetings and to share child sexual abuse material (CSAM) with a ring of pedophiles.

1995 - FBI launched the Innocent Images National Initiative, renamed to the Violent Crimes Against Children Unit, focused on:
• breaking up networks/communities of online pedophiles
• take down major distributors/producers of CSAM
• stop predators from luring children online
• arrest those viewing/sharing CSAM

1995 to 2007 - 6,800 convictions from 20,000+ cases

2020 - 1,410 children identified/located from 3,351 cases, resulting in 1,600 arrests
