Wheat costs take off as Russia bombs Ukraine's grain stores

Wheat costs have risen strongly on worldwide markets after Russia said it would treat ships heading for Ukrainian ports as potential military targets.

Moscow has pulled out of a UN bargain on that guaranteed secure section for grain shipments crossing the Dark Ocean.

Since at that point Russia has been assaulting Ukraine's grain offices in Odesa and other cities.

Moscow too cautioned that ships going there would be seen as siding with "the Kyiv administration".

In the mean time, Ukraine has said ships heading towards Russian or possessed ports on the Dark Ocean can be seen as carrying military cargo.
