Idiotic teachers in the New York City school system are in line for a huge payout. A Federal Court, in conjunction with the City giving up on the lawsuit, found that a standardized test required for certification, was disproportionately punishing ill equipped educators, who just so happened to be Black and Hispanic.

The City will now allocate at least $1.8 BILLION in taxpayer funds to morons, too dumb to understand the grade school curriculum they were assigned to teach. New York City is a total disaster and decisions like this are just the beginning.
