Craving Something CRUNCHY???

Crunchy is by far the hardest texture to find in gluten-free foods. Whether it's crackers, pretzels, or even ice cream toppings, crunchy is simply so challenging to achieve. Today, I am trying Amki Sesame Thins! These taste like peanut brittle, but they are made with sesame seeds and sugar! Sure, these are not the healthiest snacks in the world, but they are certainly just the thing I need to satisfy my sweet-tooth and my need for something crunchy.
