When we talk about, aliens very little support is given to there being from other dimensions. A lot of focus seems to be placed on them being from other planets. But travel through spacetime is a human limitation.

Other intelligent civilisations more advanced than we are, would not be bound Space Travel the way we are at the present- through the burning of fossil fuels. they could have developed Interdimensional travel.

For us to begin to contemplate these possibilities we must also be willing and able to abandon the homo-sapien form as the multiverses standard measure of intelligence. In the grand scheme of thing, 200,000 years is a drop of water in the ocean of time. Let’s think bigger!
