An unusual object has been releasing pulses of radio waves in space

A groundbreaking discovery has been made by astronomers, revealing a new type of stellar object that could revolutionize their understanding of extreme celestial bodies in the universe.

The revelation began in March 2018 when Curtin University’s doctoral student, Tyrone O’Doherty, first noticed a spinning celestial space object.

This enigmatic entity emitted massive bursts of energy and radiated radiation at a remarkable frequency of three times per hour, CNN reported.

During those moments, it astonishingly became the brightest source of radio waves observable from Earth through radio telescopes, exhibiting characteristics akin to that of a celestial lighthouse.
