Hays County investigators provide update on Diego Alejandro Cortez

The Hays County Sheriff’s Office has filed additional charges against a 24-year-old San Antonio man who was arrested in Kyle earlier this month. Diego Alejandro Cortez faces charges of harboring a runway, traffic child to engage in sexual conduct, sex abuse of child continuous: victim under 14 and 10 counts of possession of child pornography.
