A man in Macedonia comes across a crazy scene as he walks along a path. A snake somehow managed to constrict itself around a hawk which is usually never the case. Normally, the snake is this bird's prey. The snake is trying to make an attempt to kill it and eat it. Of course, this is not an enjoyable sight to see, how can you sit back and let it happen? This man can't sit back and watch the agonizing pain unfold. He decides to free the hawk from the snake's grip so that it has a second chance at life. Unbelievable!

Hopefully after this moment occurred, he brought the hawk to a wildlife safety area, this hawk is definitely in critical condition after the snake almost squeezed it to death. Thankfully he was able to gently pull the snake off with a stick, this snake was definitely stubborn and didn't want to let go of its lucky meal. This hawk was very relieved it was released from the snake, it's very lucky it had another opportunity to continue on with its life.

Have you ever seen a snake constricting an animal before? Let us know in the comment section down below.

you did NOT release him : you just showed him to the camera IN YOUR HANDS... For me, so far, you didn't give him a "second chance at life" : we didn't see it so... anything could happen after.

Yep, as I have rescued several small birds and taken them to a rehabber in our state, he did this Hawk no favors by doing what he did! The bird was already traumatized and needed to be taken Gently to a wildlife rescue person authority. Shame on him if he let this bird go because the bird could have died later on from internal injuries if the snake bit hard enough or squeezed hard enough.

Oh, so thanks for him (i saw so many people who pretend to but who did not really that, now, i don't believe. But, between us, take him by the wings like you did it (like you tell it well "he was traumatized" and he was maybe hurted another way), it's not "right". About rescue, i did the same with a baby hedgehod there is... 2/3 weeks ago, i have him to people "autorized" to take care of them (us, we don't have the right to keep him ; only the time to "passer la main"). At last, at least he's savec this beautiful bird.

This did not show you release him * After this Beautiful Bird already went through one horrible ordeal * You choose to lift him up & stretch his wings out for all to see * WTF was that about???????? The saying of this video says that you just couldn't sit back & watch the agonizing situation unfold * So, you choose to make this Birds situation more stressful by holding him up with his wings spread for all to see leaving him totally helpless again????????????

Yep what he should have done was try to take him to a wildlife rehabber for birds of prey. Great that they tried to rescue it but the bird has suffered who knows actually what and needs to be thoroughly checked out by a wildlife bird of prey rehabber.

While I understand their desire to help, these men interfered with nature. The snake would have eaten the hawk. They shouldn't have interfered.
