Rocky Mountains

A windy evening turned into a stormy night. The sun rose the next morning into what would be a beautiful day. I truly love exploring new places. In the movie Lonesome Dove, Gus says “there’s nothing like riding a fine horse through new country”. That’s how I feel when I can take my Jeep somewhere that I’ve never been. It is exciting to see what is over the next rise or around the next corner. This is my first outing into the Rocky Mountains and I want to go back already. The Rocky Mountain range is expansive and I have just adventured into the southern edge of it. I hope you enjoy this little taste of the Rocky Mountains of northern New Mexico. Thanks for watching.
