The evidence is clear that the President is compromised...?

Until this investigation is completed, this is all "allegedly".
Time will Tell.

Representative Clay Higgins asked the IRS Whistleblowers some very important questions into the investigation of Hunter Biden.

IRS whistleblowers, Joseph Zeigler and Gary Shapley, revealed in their testimony to the House Ways and Means Committee, that the DOJ obstructed the investigation process linked to alleged involvement of President Joe Biden in his son's business affairs. The claim alleges that the DOJ, led by U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland, inhibited critical aspects of the probe into Hunter Biden.

The whistleblowers also referred to a WhatsApp message reportedly sent by Hunter Biden on July 30, 2017. The message, seen as a threat to a Chinese business executive, claimed the presence of Joe Biden alongside Hunter. Zeigler discussed this with Republican Arizona Rep. Paul Gosar, revealing that despite attempts to trace the message location, they faced a roadblock from the assigned prosecutors who challenged the message's authenticity without conducting thorough investigations.

In Zeigler's words, “The prosecutors questioned the veracity of the message and challenged us, ‘how do we know that he’s there? How do we know that the statement is true?’ When I suggested using location data, it was met with indifference. I can confirm that I did not conduct this search, and I am unaware if the FBI ever pursued it."

Shapley pointed out the unusual practice of prosecutors withholding critical information from investigators, particularly regarding Hunter Biden's laptop. According to Shapley, investigators were only allowed limited access to the laptop data, with significant parts kept off-limits.

Interestingly, President Biden, during his 2020 presidential campaign, maintained that he never involved himself in his son's business affairs. Yet, FBI records suggest a Ukrainian oligarch allegedly tried to bribe the president and his son, referring to Joe Biden as “the big guy,” as reported by the Washington Examiner.

The whistleblowers also testified that the IRS recommended prosecuting Hunter Biden for tax felonies. However, Attorney General Garland, in his address to the Senate Appropriations Committee in April 2022, argued against the need for a special counsel. Special Counsel David Weiss supported Garland's stance, stating that prosecutors from other districts wouldn't prosecute the crimes.
