If you are looking for a convenient way to get running water in your camp, look no further. The Dometic Go Faucet might be what you’re looking for. The Dometic Go Faucet is a self-contained, battery operated pump and battery wrapped up in a touch operated water faucet with a magnetic base and convenient night light. If you pair your faucet with the Dometic 11-liter (2.91 gallon) water jug, you have a complete portable water system for your back country expeditions. With the faucet’s magnetic base and the quick connect fitting on the water jug, set up is super-fast and simple. Dometic even supplies two metal pucks with adhesive tape so you can use the pump on non-metallic surfaces. Dometic also supplies a nylon mesh bag for pump storage as well as the USB cable for charging. The faucet retails for around $100 US and the water jug retails for around $70 US. That may seem a little pricey for a faucet, but I believe you will get years of use from the system. I like my Dometic Go Faucet and Water Jug, and if you are looking for a portable water solution for your trips, I think you will too.
