Betty demonstrates how to make Easy Italian Dip with Vegetables. This is a flavorful dip, and it consists of only two ingredients stirred together. You may choose any vegetables you like to go with the dip.

Easy Italian Dip with Vegetables

1-ounce package dry Italian Dressing Mix
8-ounce carton sour cream
Assorted vegetables for dipping

In a small bowl, mix Italian Dressing Mix with sour cream, using ½-ounce to 1 ounce of the dressing mix, depending on how spicy you want the dip. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until serving time. At serving time, place dip in a central bowl, surrounded by vegetables of your choice, such as cherry tomatoes, carrots, sugar snap peas, broccoli, cauliflower, peppers. Yummy! --Betty :)
