Betty's savory bagel spread

Betty demonstrates how to make a Savory Bagel Spread. This spread is delicious on a freshly toasted bagel.

Savory Bagel Spread

½ tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
½ tablespoon poppy seeds
½ tablespoon dried chopped onion
½ tablespoon dried garlic flakes
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 freshly toasted bagels (4 halves)

In a small cup, use a spoon to mix sesame seeds, poppy seeds, dried chopped onion, and dried garlic flakes. In a small bowl, use a fork to mash one-half of the mixture into softened cream cheese, reserving the other half for topping. Spread 4 freshly toasted bagel halves with cream cheese blend. Sprinkle top of toasted bagels with reserved mixture. Serve immediately. I hope you love this combination! --Betty :)
