Betty demonstrates how to make a fluffy and tasty Million Dollar Pudding. This recipe is the same as for Million Dollar Pie, but without a crust!

Million Dollar Pudding

20-ounce can pineapple tidbits, drained
14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
ΒΌ cup lemon juice
1 cup pecan pieces
8-ounce carton Cool Whip (thawed)

Mix pineapple tidbits, sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, and pecan pieces in a large bowl. Fold in Cool Whip. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. Delicious! --Betty :)
