IRS whistleblower Joseph Ziegler: Every taxpayer should be treated equally

During an interview with CNN Thursday, IRS Special Agent Joseph Ziegler said it is important for the justice system for each person to be treated equally. “It doesn't matter what your political beliefs are, it doesn't matter how much money you have, everyone should be treated the same,” said Ziegler.
