I was crazy enough to do another wine tasting for my birthday last month and to go with my birthday cake I chose a port wine. Not a sweet port wine this one; the bourbon is a lot more noticeable than the wine though still balanced enough to be a delightful glass (the other bottle of wine may have had something to do with that though).
