Tacos are not just a fun snack, they've become the king of foods in popular culture. How many times have you seen a taco emoji? Have you ever been to Taco Tuesday at your local Mexican restaurant? Tacos are just so hot right now. We love them, too, but we wanted to do something a little bit different with them for National Vanilla Ice Cream Day. So we took our beloved tacos, the featured treat of the day, and always-popular bacon and mashed them up together to create something totally new and extremely delicious.
