Some individuals have become hyper-independent out of necessity…

They grew up in tribes where members were deeply wounded, lost, and unable to offer support, reciprocity, or love.

This lack of nurturing and presence left them feeling unworthy, unseen, and unable to receive love, compassion, or help. 🙅‍♀️

These individuals have developed a strong sense of self-reliance, learning to navigate life on their own. 🌸

BUT, deep down, their worthiness remains wounded and their longing for connection persists. 💛

They just want to be seen, held, and considered, but their past experiences have made it difficult to embrace vulnerability and trust. 💔

Healing begins when we acknowledge the wounds that have shaped us.

It's a journey of reclaiming our worth and learning to receive love, care, and support from others.

As we cultivate self-compassion and surround ourselves with nurturing relationships, we open ourselves up to the idea of growth. 🌱

Tune into our podcast as we explore topics such as mental health, healing trauma, addiction recovery, manipulation, self-care, nutrition, and recovery from narcissistic personalities. 🎙️
