Betty demonstrates how to make Salami Rollups. These are rounds of salami, spread with a homemade dressing, and rolled up to make a tasty and attractive appetizer.

Salami Rollups

3 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 ounce (1/8 cup) sweet pickle relish
½ pound thinly sliced salami

In a small bowl, stir pickle relish into cream cheese until blended. Place ½ teaspoon mixture onto each slice of salami and roll up. Secure the rolled salami with a toothpick. Arrange on a nice serving plate. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until serving time. Enjoy! --Betty :)
