Law abiding citizen harassed by Delray Beach PD in the middle of a work day with no basis!

Withholding a law abiding citizen's minor child for the last 3 years wasn't enough, they harass me by way of local law enforcement (DelrayBeachPD) in the middle of a work day with no basis!
