Sanford is the county seat of Seminole County and located about 25 miles north of Orlando, and 35 miles southwest of Daytona Beach. It’s known for its historic downtown charm with its trendy restaurants and vibrant night life, its waterfront location on Lake Monroe and the St Johns River, its historic neighborhoods and homes,the riverwalk trail along the lakefront, and its international airport.
