10-minute Healthy Breakfast Recipe to help Lose Belly Fat

This is a delicious healthy and hearty breakfast recipe.
If you are not a vegan, you can add fried eggs to your toast

Ingredients:

4 slices whole-grain bread

1 avocado, halved and pitted

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

1.5 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil

1.5 teaspoon lemon juice

½ teaspoon each salt and ground black pepper

½ teaspoon each onion and garlic powder

Instructions:

1)Toast bread in a toaster or toaster oven.

2) Scoop avocado into a bowl and add parsley

3) Next add the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper,

4) Followed by the onion and garlic powder

5) Mash all ingredients together using a potato masher.

6) Spread avocado mixture into each piece of toast.
