Crispy and Crunchy Bacon and Pesto Puff Pastry Sharing Tray Recipe

Ingredients:

130 g puff pastry
5 fried bacon slices
3 tbsp pesto
100 g cheddar cheese

Preparation:

Fry the bacon
Finely slice the bacon
Roll the puff pastry to fit the shape of your oven tray
Line the tray, then place the pastry in the tray
Spread the pesto
Sprinkle the bacon and grated cheese
Bake at 180℃ until the pastry is golden brown
