Rammed Ekpress bus 10 vehicles on Highway Plus, Malaysia

According videos shared by Bernama Radio, looked bus rammed into the vehicles involved from behind.

Following the incident, the highway was reportedly severely congested.

BH Online reported, two were injured in the accident.

In the incident, the 28 express bus passengers were not injured.

Highway Commander Northern Zone, the Department of Investigation and Traffic Enforcement (JSPT) Bukit Aman, Assistant Superintendent Hazil Reza Mohd Ghazali said the incident was believed the bus had a technical problem that brake failure and crashed into 10 vehicles on the side and front.

He said also, it is mengealpasti and carry out an investigation of whether the bus driver was sleepy when the incident occurred which caused inside.

"We still have not received complete information bus was going to go but from initial information it comes from north to south.

"When this all the vehicles involved in the incident had already made a report at the police station in Ipoh," he said when contacted.

According to Reza again, the injured have yet to be identified but they are believed to be from the first vehicle was hit.
