Lats are one of the MOST CHALLENGING muscles to grow for a lot of people, myself included! Developed Lats contribute to an aesthetic physique, so here’s a guide to help you grow some wings🕊 You won’t be able to completely isolate any division of your Lat fibers (upper, middle, lower) but you will be able to bias them with some of these movements! Adjusting your shoulder/humerus position & properly lining up the resistance with your lat fibers will be the KEY to effectively growing your back from Top to Bottom 🔑
