At the House Oversight Committee hearing this week investigating the alleged irregularities in the DOJ / FBI / IRS investigation of Hunter Biden, Rep. Kweisi Mfume (D-MD) went off on a WILD rant about Donald Trump, the GOP and just about anything other than the subject at hand. Oh, and he totally doesn't get the concept of "checks and balances".
