A song from the second studio release from 1987 by The Outfield, this is "Bangin' On My Heart" - which was also a single release, although without much commercial success.
This particular appearance was from a Mexican TV Show - unfortunately not the greatest quality, and only playback - not live.
Still, somewhat of a rarity - and upscaled the resolution as best I could.
So enjoy - I know I did.
