It is very difficult to buy a house today in Ontario. The average house is almost a million dollars, while the average annual income before taxes is under 100 thousand dollars. We need to have housing options that are less then half of a million dollars. I’m Hamilton Ontario for example, an average house at best goes for at least 500 thousand dollars, and that is not affordable.
