Dazzling CN Tower light display

The CN Tower was constructed in 1973-1976 and it became the world's tallest free standing structure at 553m (1,815.4) feet in height. It held this distinction until 2010. The antenna was flown into position in three sections using a Sikorsky helicopter.
It is used for observation, communications, and as an attraction. More than 2,000,000 people visit the tower annually.
It can be seen from 60km (40 miles) away and is even visible across Lake Ontario from the state of New York. The CN Tower has become one of the most recognizable Canadian landmarks.
