Recently surfaced video shows PMC Wagner boss Yevgeny Prigozhin welcoming several thousand soldiers after the transfer of the Wagner flag from a base in Molkino, in Russia’s Krasnodar Krai, to the new base in Tsel, Belarus. The timing of this video's recording remains uncertain, and the identities of the subjects featured have not been verified. He said would be ending its involvement in the Ukraine war for the foreseeable future, and told fighters to prepare to head to Africa. He also said Wagner would help the Belarusian Army develop into “the second-best army in the world.”
